I’m guessing it would only count on specifically annoying players and the money would have to be put up by an individual from the league.

So in the LBBL every team would probably put some money towards a bounty fund for killing off a certain strength 4, Ag 5 wood elf whose name rhymes with “blown-in goat-weaver” ;)

I remember that happening! I think, did it actually happen? I remember discussion about putting a bounty on Goatweaver’s head :-)
Maybe we could have a standing 10K bounty for injuring (or 20K for killing) the player on the opposition’s team with the most SPPs (at least 16)…?

I think it would have to be something quite simple as ronin suggests.

I did think that maybe after a game a coach can put up a bounty on an opposition player. This may get too complicated trying to remember who has what bounty and who owes who what money.

Myabe we could combine the two so before every round of the league we all decide which player on each team is most deserving of a bounty on his head, as the most irritating player may not be the one with the highest spp’s.

I like this idea a lot as in my mind i think it ties nicely with Orcs being corrupt and devious. Also might encourage the taking of sneeky git for a bit more fouling if there’s likely to be a financial benefit.
The only thing i would say is a bigger gap between the money for injuring and killing. As killing is MUCH harder (especially as they will use an apothecary if they have one – because the player will be one of their best) Maybe 10k for injuring and 60k for killing?
Also – what are we deeming an “injury” – i presume NOT “niggling injury”. And some injury’s are MUCH more useful at hindering a players performance than others.
So – maybe the reward could be half the monetary value of the stat you decrease. eg- decrease somneones strength will earn you 30k etc. This might provide a better indicator of how much you’ve reduced their capability?
That being said, it still leaves an imbalance in some players valuing certain stat increases over others.
I like the idea of players being able to offer up “individual bounties” without going in with other managers (1 per game) if they want to. The reason i say this is because you would be more inclined to pay money towards a bounty if you are their next fixture in the calender as you stand to benefit more from their MNG. So i would say let people offer bounties if they want to and can afford to.
What do you think? Great idea though, well up for it.
